Shipping & Delivery Policy – Oak Deluxe

All Oak Deluxe pieces are custom-made and tailored to order.

- Standard production time: 10-12 business days

- Complex or bulk orders (e.g., wedding parties) may require additional time

- Expedited production and shipping options are available upon request and approval

We recommend placing orders well in advance of your event date.

- Lagos: 48-hour delivery

- Rest of Nigeria: 3–5 business days

- 3–5 business days

Shipping timelines begin after production is completed, not at the time of order placement.

- Lagos: Free shipping

- North America: Free shipping

- Rest of Nigeria: Calculated at checkout

- International Orders: Calculated at checkout

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

For time-sensitive orders, priority production and express shipping options may be available.

- Availability is subject to timeline, order size, and delivery location

- Requests must be made prior to placing your order and confirmed by our team

- Orders are confirmed via email after purchase

- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number

- Shipments are handled by trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, GIG Logistics, and local delivery partners

- Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase

- After 24 hours, production may have begun and changes may not be possible

Once your order has been shipped:

- Oak Deluxe is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages

- We will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues with the carrier

Delivery timelines may be impacted by factors outside of our control, including:

- Weather and global climate conditions

- Customs processing delays

- Carrier disruptions or peak seasonal demand

For weddings and events:

- Place orders at least 4–6 weeks in advance

- Allow buffer time for fittings, adjustments, or unforeseen delays
